Our Bali retreat schedule allows for deep practice and skills training, as well as delicious shared meals and community connection. There's plenty of time for rest, self-care and play on this beautiful island!

Deep morning Heart of Sound practice with nāda yoga and mantra meditation

Vibrant breakfast together and your own exercise – a stretch on the lawns or walk through the rice paddies

Heart of Sound skills training and lecture time (optional for those attending solely as a retreat)

Most evenings will be free for spontaneous group chant experience, dancing, or other play as inspiration arises!

Dinner is on your own in Ubud, the healthy food lover's paradise.
On our first evening, we'll have a group kīrtan and dinner together on site.
On our final evening, we're planning a kīrtan that'll be open to the public as well!

Internationally respected Mantra teacher and Sacred Sound practitioner, Anandra George, leads Chant and Kirtan at some of the world’s largest Yoga Festivals around the globe.
She has taught Sanskrit Mantra meditation to students world- wide and has created the world’s first registered yoga teacher training based entirely on the transformational power of sound, including Sanskrit, Mantra, Indian classical vocal meditation, and non-violent communication for everyday life.
Anandra is a pioneer in the global yoga community, re-introducing the ancient practice of sound as a fundamental practice. American by birth, Indian by soul, and global citizen by expression, she helps people transform their limiting belief systems and cultivate their most fulfilling contribution to the world. She is dynamic, devotional and full of deep practical wisdom.
