Equinox
An Equinox is one of two days in the year when the Sun crosses the celestial equator, meaning that both halves of the Earth are receiving the Sun’s rays equally, and so day and night, light and dark, are of equal length. It signifies a time of Balance and Equilibrium and as such has been revered to and celebrated in many traditions around the Globe.

Depending on what Hemisphere you’re in, and the time of year, the Equinox marks the entrance into either Spring or Autumn. In Bali, the March Equinox marks the entrance into Autumn.

The Equinox is a powerful time to tap into the wisdom of the Earth, the light of the Sun, our profound connection with Source, and the entire Cosmos. This Equinox also marks the start of Aries season, and the beginning of a new zodiac year. It is a potent time to clear stagnated energy, clarify our vision, spark our creative fire (Aries) and make up Balance in our lives. Blue Lotus (Nymphaea Caerulea):
Native to Ancient Egypt, the Blue Lotus Flower was considered Sacred and to represent spiritual rebirth and life force energy. This majestic Flower was used in Temple Ceremonies for blessing, anointing, healing and meditation.

Served as a ceremonial Tea, (a slightly sweet & golden liquid that reminds one of melted amber) the Blue Lotus flower warms your body with a light euphoric glow and allows you to access deeper parts of your subconscious. About your host:

Yin Ling is a Vocal Alchemist and resident Sound Healer at Pyramids of Chi, Bali. Her foray into Sound Healing began in 2015 - where she began her shamanic and sound studies with eminent Sound Alchemists and Leaders from across the world.

Growing upon her years as a student of Theatre and Singing, this path blossomed ahead of her. She opened a conscious studio in downtown Singapore in 2016 and has held Sound sessions across the world at International Festivals and organisations such as Deloitte, Facebook, and Lorna Jane.

Her approach to Sound Healing is a practice of alchemy - creating transformational states - and one leaning towards an intuitive and shamanic viewpoint. She equally enjoys the scientific aspects of what makes Sound “Healing” such a valuable modality.
