This is a journey where you will feel empowered to explore your inner world and tap into your body's amazing innate ability to let go of old energies, stuck trauma, release emotions and open to new possibilities in your life.

In this session, Antosh will first establish a safe container and set the intention for the journey. He will explain the principles of Conscious-Connected Breathing before embarking on your journey.

Each breathwork journey is tailored to you and your intention, and throughout the journey, Antosh will be supporting you with hands-on bodywork, verbal prompts and space-holding using his scientific understanding of the nervous system to ensure you get the most out of your journey, safely.

Antosh Sokol - Embodiment & Nervous System Resiliency Mentor

Antosh is an experienced Breathworker, embodiment and nervous system resiliency mentor. Starting his healing journey from chronic depression & stress-related burn-out in 2007, he delved deeply into the world of embodiment & wellbeing through the philosophy of Tantra, Western psychology, Yoga & meditation.

Merging his scientific background (Bachelor of Science) he now has dedicated his life to sharing safe, integrative embodied living, the importance of honouring the nervous system and delving deeper into exploring his own subconscious through the breath. He is currently expanding his knowledge of Clinical Psychology through a Graduate Diploma of Psychology with Monash University in NSW, Australia.

Energy is abundant and present all around and within us. Just like nature we always strive to come back into harmony, however sometimes we limit ourselves by old constructs, habits and belief systems.

Qi Gong (= Energy Work) is a practice that helps you to break from the past and to work with your given energy in a more conscious and natural way. Therefore, it helps you to reduce stress & tension, resulting in becoming more grounded and brings you back into alignment with your true self. As we begin to align ourselves with the natural flow of life, we begin to experience a new sense of aliveness, purpose & peace within.

In Qi Gong we are working with the principles of Chinese medicine. So, within the practice you gain greater insights into energy channels (meridians), pressure points, elemental understanding and universal principles of Qi which you can take home with you to start developing your own sense of energy.

In every workshop you get to experience traditional Qi Gong, which has improved many lives for thousands of years, as well as channelled energy practices (utilizing mudras for example) and intuitive Qi Gong. You will learn how to tune into your own body‘s wisdom and through the intelligence of nature you will get to create practices and movements uniquely for YOU.

About your host -

Stella had an energetic awakening five years ago in which she started to intuitively heal others and herself through energy, not knowing what Reiki or Qi Gong was at that time. Since then, she opened her intuitive ability increasingly and started to channel all kinds of different energies like light codes (galactic frequencies) or working with the energies of nature in a very holistic way. Through this natural energetic initiation, she is very keen to teach you how to expand your own energetic intuition and receive the deepest insights and activations for your specific needs.

A few years ago, she found out about Qi Gong which resonated so deeply that she completed a teacher training and then embarked on a journey to teach. Learning these ancient practices gave her a solid foundation for the energy work that she was already doing. Working with energy has transformed Stella’s life massively and she continues to learn and expand her work every day. Join International KAP facilitator Marieke Kouwenhoven (The Netherlands) for this beautiful, life-changing experience. 

This is NOT Kundalini yoga! This will be a 2 -hour transmission of raw Kundalini life-force energy meant to activate and further the awakening process inside you. No prior experience of any sort is necessary. All you need is an openness to receive and the will to surrender.

WHAT IS KAP?
KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Process. This is NOT Kundalini yoga, but a direct energy transmission that activates the awakening of your Kundalini energy.

When Kundalini raw life force awakens within you and you feel it moving through your spine, you are on a path to uncover your truest, your most powerful and divine version of yourself. This energy burns up the stored blockages within your energy system, it leads you to transcendence and ushers in higher states of consciousness.

Once awakened, a profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system begins to happen, and will continue with repeated exposure. This rewiring enables a deep emotional and spiritual healing that is so often unattainable via other methods.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A KAP SESSION?
You lie down on a mat and some music is played. At times the facilitators will touch or press some of the chakras or meridian points on your body and at other times they will simply hold or move their hands above you. That's what happens externally. Internally, a wide range of phenomenon can occur… from spontaneous movements, to emotional catharsis, lights and visuals or feelings of bliss. Some consider it a purifying experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations, and release can happen physically, mentally, energetically and emotionally.

PREPARING FOR THE SESSION:

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Try to avoid metal zippers or snaps down your front.
  • Eat lightly if at all before the session. An empty stomach is best, but a light snack such as fruit is fine.
  • If you are a meat-eater, try to refrain from meat a few days ahead of time.
  • No coffee, alcohol or use of other substances before class.
